Do you deliver?
Holiday pre-orders are only available by pick-up. For all other orders, we deliver through Seamless. Click here to place an order.

Where do I pick up my orders?
All orders can be picked up at the Open Rye pavilion at the Great Northern Food Hall, located in the Grand Central Terminal at 89 E. 42nd Street, New York, NY. The easiest way to find us is to walk through the terminal entrance at 42nd and Park, under the overpass. Once inside, the food hall is on your left. Walk inside the hall and you'll find Open Rye on the right-hand side. 

What time can I pick up my orders?
Orders can be picked up 12p-8p on weekdays and 12p-7p on weekends. 

How far in advance must I place my orders?
Orders must be placed 3 days in advance. For example, if you want to pick up an order on Thursday, the last day to place the order is on Monday. If you're looking for a faster option, we deliver through Seamless. Click here to place an order.

What if I can't pick up my order in time?
We will hold your items until 8 PM on weekdays and 7 PM on weekends on the specified pick-up date. If you are unable to pick up on the pick-up date, please email hallo@greatnorthernfood.com or call (646) 568-4020 to inform us.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of ordering. Please email hallo@greatnorthernfood.com and include your order number if you'd like to cancel.
